Meet the Team

Growing up as the daughter of small business owners, I saw firsthand the dedication it takes to build and manage a business while raising a family. I watched my parents juggle business calls, appointments, long hours, and the demands of raising four children—all while building a successful multi-generational business. At 10 years old, I was already helping with the family business by answering phones, organizing files, and doing whatever I could to lend a hand. Watching my parents taught me the value of having someone you can rely on to help make things a little easier. That lesson became the foundation for The Extended Office.

My experience working with businesses and people started early and continued throughout college and my career. While in college, I worked for a small business that shipped packages around the world, where I gained hands-on experience in customer service, order fulfillment, shipping, sales, and day-to-day business operations. I also worked at a daycare, an experience I truly loved, where I developed strong skills in time management, scheduling, multitasking, creativity, and clear communication.

After graduating from Springfield College, I began my career as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant, where I further developed my communication, organization, problem-solving, and technology skills. I later spent eight years as a Legislative & Administrative Aide for the Massachusetts House of Representatives, where I strengthened my skills in scheduling, task management, customer service, professional communication, and managing countless moving pieces with accuracy and discretion.

Looking back, each chapter of my career has had a common thread: I genuinely enjoy helping people, solving problems, being organized, and finding ways to make things run more smoothly. Today, I bring all those experiences together to support entrepreneurs and business owners behind the scenes.

I understand the time, effort, and sacrifice it takes to build a business. My goal is to provide reliable support, trust, and peace of mind—so you can spend less time managing the details and more time focusing on what matters most.

When I’m not working, you’ll usually find me spending time with my family, tackling a home organization project, or finding new ways to make life a little more efficient. I genuinely love creating order from chaos, and I bring that same passion to every client I serve.
